Ввели новую форму. Пока мало кто знает как её заполнять.
Но надо сразу решать вопросы по медстраховкам. Искать любую самую дешёвую, хотя бы предложения иметь (если по визе жены или невесты - муж/жених должен обещать включить в страховку, если воссоединение семьи - искать для родителей самим).
Налоговые декларации - только для тех, кто работал в США и файлил их здесь. Это не налоговые декларации родственников-спонсоров.
Я сейчас заполняю такую форму для мамы. Посмотрю, как пройдёт и напишу здесь.

Тоже немного не понимаю что в форме заполнять нужно будет. Скажите, пожалуйста, маме нужно иметь страховку до въезда или можно купить после? Я подала на воссоединение.

Я разговаривала с агентом, мне посоветовали написать, что страховка будет приобретена как только родители получат SSN, т.е. ответить Yes на вопрос будет ли приобретена страховка в течение 30 дней после въезда и пояснить, что как только будет получен SSN, пояснить, что ваш агент уже подбирает вам план для родителей.
Но вот жду, когда будет решение после отправки этой формы. Я отправила 13-го марта и до сих пор ничего не известно, хотя кейс уже дважды обновлялся - 13 и 16 марта. Но самое странное, что 3 марта я видела, что виза печатается и вдруг после 5 марта мне прислали эту форму и вместо printed вот эта надпись

Они пишут, что эта стандартная надпись теперь для тех, у кого 221g - административная проверка.

ceac.state.gov - опять изменены формулировки и с REFUSED изменили на ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSING

Значит, визу мама получит.
Надеюсь. что за месяц паника уляжется, карантин снимут и родители смогут прилететь в конце апреля-начале мая. Надо въехать до начала июня. А то потом могут и не продлить визу....
Короче, квест сейчас еще тот.

Все вернулось к дотрамповским временам и отменена эта форма и выпущена новая форма I864. Так на всякий случай напоминаю. Какую страховку выбрали для родителей?

Внимание, в декабре 2022 введена новая форма i485 и там введены вопросы про public charges
