Deft. pled guilty to Making a False Report (Misd.). Sentence: Deft. to serve 180 days in GCJ-SES 2 years CASP Level 3 supervised probation until special conditions 2 and 3 are completed and then unsupervised probation for the remainder of the probation term. Conditions of probation: 1. 48 hours shock incarceration in GCJ (with credit for time served from 08-08-2019 through 08-12-2019. 2. Participate in a victim-offender dialog through the Missouri State University Center for Dispute Resolution and to complete any restorative justice component established through the dialog including but not limited to a term of community service hours under the supervision of CASP. 3. Enroll in and complete an eight hour firearms course through Canovi & Associates by 12-31-2019. 4. Not to possess any firearm until the above firearms training requirement and the victim-offender dialog are completed. 5. Not to carry any firearm in any Walmart store. Deft. to pay court costs and $10 CVCF-Stay on costs and CVCF until today. Deft. to follow all additional conditions of probation listed on Order of Probation. /jrb

Получил немного, потому что pled guilty, но пятно все равно на всю жизнь останется в его криминал рекорде со всеми вытекающими. Короче, хорошо повеселился.. согласна с автором - дебил.
